Loop

A clip built to end where it began, so it can play forever without a seam. The whole discipline of the loop is hiding the join.

A loop removes the ending as a concept: last frame hands to first with no seam, and the piece becomes a standing state rather than an event. That is why loops carry atmosphere so well, they behave like weather, present without demanding to be watched from a beginning.

Hiding the join is the entire craft: continuous motion that crosses the cut, cycles that resolve, nothing that counts or accumulates. The site's video plan is built on this discipline, every ambient clip begins mid-motion and ends in the same composition. A visible seam converts atmosphere back into a short film, replaying.
