This site is published by PARLADOR LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.
The work shown here.
Films, images, marks, texts and layouts on this site belong to PARLADOR LLC or to the clients who commissioned them. Nothing here may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.
Client material.
Some projects are published with a client’s permission and some are not published at all. If you are a client and want a project removed or amended, write to us and we will do it.
What you send us.
Do not send confidential material through the contact form. An enquiry is not a contract, and reading one does not create an obligation on either side. Work begins only with a signed agreement.
Accuracy.
We keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or free of error, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. Links to other sites are not endorsements of them.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and any dispute belongs to the courts there.
