Rebrand

Redrawing a brand without losing the reason people trusted it. Move the surface too little and nothing changes; too much and you become a stranger.

A rebrand is surgery on a living memory. The equity sits in specific associations, a colour, a tone, a promise kept, and the work is separating what carries the trust from what merely carries the years. Cut the wrong tissue and people feel the loss before they can name it.

The discipline is an inventory before a sketch: what do people actually recognise us by, and what do they forgive us? Change reads as intent, so every alteration should be sized to the message it sends. Companies in trouble redraw everything; companies in confidence redraw exactly enough.
