Parlador keeps a story in the same pair of hands, from the first listening to the last thing an audience is left holding.
The work begins with listening. Before a treatment, before a deck, there are days spent with the people whose story it is, waiting for the sentence they keep repeating without noticing.
What follows is slow on purpose. A small number of stories a year, carried from end to end, with collaborators brought in for the parts that deserve a specialist.
