Pattern
An element repeated by rule until it becomes a surface. Ornament with a system, and a brand's most wearable form.
A pattern is repetition with governance: one motif, a grid or rhythm to carry it, and decisions about scale and density. It converts a mark into material, endpapers, packaging, textiles, the places identity must cover area rather than sit as a signature.
Anatolian girih work, which our Jozerand client builds on, is the tradition at its highest: geometry disciplined into infinite surface. The modern craft is restraint in deployment, patterns work as lining and ground, and suffocate as wallpaper over everything. A brand's pattern is its fabric; the mark remains its face.
