Positioning

The single place a brand occupies in a person’s mind. You do not win it by talking louder; you win it by being unmistakably one thing.

Positioning is chosen against, not in a vacuum: one place on the map, defined by what sits around it and by what you refuse to also be. The mind files brands the way a lexicon files words, one slot each. Two claims to the same slot and the newer one is simply not filed.

The discipline is answering one question in one sentence: for whom, we are the only what. Every offer that blurs the sentence, every audience added to be safe, trades position for coverage. Our own line, an art-led visual storytelling studio, works because of what it declines to claim.
