Positioning statement
The position written down in one disciplined sentence: for whom, we are the only what, because. Internal law, not external copy.
The statement's format is deliberately rigid, for this audience, brand is the single category actor that delivers this benefit, because of this proof, precisely so vagueness has nowhere to hide. Every clause forces a choice, and weak strategy fails the template loudly, which is the template's value.
It is written for the inside: briefs, hiring, product debates, all adjudicated against the sentence. The tagline the public sees is this statement after art has compressed it. Companies that skip the internal sentence and write the public poetry first usually discover their poetry defends no position at all.
