Touchpoint

Any moment a person meets the brand: a screen, a card, a doorway. Every one either builds the story or leaks it.

The brand does not decide which moments count; the person does. The invoice, the loading state, the courier's box, the hold music, each is read as evidence of who you are, and the unglamorous ones are believed most because nobody suspects them of being staged.

Mapping touchpoints means walking the whole route as the person, not auditing the marketing. Most brands polish the five moments they designed and leak everywhere else. Consistency across the boring surfaces is what reads, from outside, as integrity.
