Library
Assets organised for finding: named, tagged, browsable by someone who was not there. Where reuse becomes real.
A library is an archive with a front door: not merely kept but arranged, categories that match how people search, tags that anticipate the question, previews that answer it fast. The test is the newcomer, if a person hired tomorrow can find the master logo in one minute, a library exists.
Libraries also standardise taste: when the approved photograph, the current template and the correct logo version are the easiest ones to reach, brand consistency stops depending on vigilance. The maintenance is real, deprecated assets retired visibly, additions gated by standard, but it is cheaper than the alternative, which is every project asking the same person the same question forever.
