Scarcity
Value's oldest signal: limited places, limited run, limited time. Powerful when true, poison when performed.
Scarcity converts hesitation into decision by adding a cost to waiting: the print run ends, the calendar fills, the door closes. It is also an honest property of any craft business, a studio genuinely holds only so many productions a year, and stating the limit is information, not pressure.
The line between signal and manipulation is verifiability: countdowns that reset and only 2 left forever have taught audiences contempt. Our use is the true kind, a selective studio takes few briefs, and saying so filters as much as it attracts. Scarcity you must fake is scarcity you do not have; the fake is detectable and the detection is permanent.
